ViAspaze (“we”, “us”) is a digital studio based in Bilaspur, India, building mobile apps, websites, AI agents and management systems. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit this website or contact us.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message, such as your name, company and project details.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider may process basic request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
This website has no sign-up, payment or contact form, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on it.
Cookies and local storage
We do not set tracking cookies. The site may use your browser’s session storage to remember small preferences for the current visit, for example skipping the intro animation after the first page load. This data stays in your browser and is cleared when you close the tab.
How we use information
- To reply to your enquiries and discuss projects with you.
- To prepare proposals, quotes and contracts you ask for.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
This website is hosted on Vercel and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those providers receive technical data such as your IP address when your browser requests their files, and handle it under their own privacy policies. Email is handled through Gmail.
Client project data
If we work together, data you share for a project (for example documents, user data or credentials) is used only to deliver that project and is covered by the agreement we sign with you, which may include confidentiality and data-processing terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our working relationship, and delete them on request unless we are required to keep them by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Under applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have additional rights.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
