These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries with ViAspaze (“we”, “us”), a digital studio based in Bilaspur, India. By using the website you agree to them. Paid project work is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal, which takes priority if it conflicts with these terms.
Using the website
You may browse this website for lawful purposes. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or copy it in a way that suggests it is yours.
Our services
We design and build mobile apps, websites, AI agents and management systems. Scope, timelines, fees and deliverables for each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement. Descriptions on this website are general information and not an offer or guarantee of specific results.
Proposals, payment and changes
Unless your agreement says otherwise: quotes are valid for 30 days; work starts once the agreed deposit is received; invoices are payable within the period stated on them; and requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Intellectual property
The website, including its design, text, logos and code, belongs to ViAspaze and may not be reused without permission. For client projects, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you once all fees are paid in full, except for our pre-existing tools, libraries and third-party or open-source components, which remain under their own licences. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Your content and responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to any content, data and materials you give us, and that they do not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law. You are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals so projects can stay on schedule.
AI features
AI agents and AI-assisted features can produce incorrect or incomplete output. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, particularly in legal, financial, medical or safety-related uses.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share with us for a project as confidential and use it only to deliver that project.
Warranties and liability
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Termination
Either party may end a project as set out in the project agreement. Fees for work completed up to that point remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bilaspur have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any dispute-resolution process in your project agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
